Which equipment belongs where

The choice follows the location, not the catalogue. In a pedestrian street, what counts is short dwell time, high footfall and easy cleaning: slim metal benches that do not obstruct the pavement, with planters between them as a spatial edge. Stainless steel offers the highest corrosion resistance and is preferred near the coast and at locations exposed to road salt. Over the service life, maintenance decides the cost more than the purchase price. Timber slats need recurring treatment if the colour is to be kept; left untreated they weather to an even grey and remain fully functional. Powder coated parts should be touched up locally when damaged. Stainless steel, concrete and stone need almost no care.

You tell us the requirement and the quantity, we issue a written quotation with line items, net total, VAT, freight and lead time, plus a description of the goods with dimensions, material and weight that can be carried into a specification.

Deliveries to public bodies are made on invoice, with a payment term of 30 days net. In France payment runs through the mandat administratif and the Chorus Pro platform, in Italy and Spain through the electronic invoice prescribed there. Delivery and installation

Street furniture is heavy goods. Concrete benches, stone fountain installations and tall mast lanterns travel as freight, not as parcels. We arrange a delivery appointment with your works depot or directly with the site, so that someone is present and suitable equipment is available for unloading.

Please allow for what the quoted price covers: delivery is made to the kerbside. The goods are handed over at the access point or the kerb of the delivery address. Transport onto the site, moving the goods to the installation point, foundation work, anchoring and assembly are not part of the delivery. If a crane or a machine is needed at the installation point, that has to be planned in advance.

When ordering, please give us a contact name and telephone number for the delivery notification and, if relevant, any access restrictions: bollards, pedestrian zones with delivery windows, height limits or a parking suspension that has to be applied for.

No invented certificates

We do not advertise standards, test certificates, vandalism classes or approvals that we cannot evidence. If your tender requires a specific certificate, please ask for it explicitly and for a named model. We will then give you the manufacturer information we hold, or tell you honestly that we cannot provide it. Do you supply single items as replacements?
Yes. A single bench, a single planter or a single lantern can be supplied. If you give us the model name of the existing equipment, we check whether the same series is still available so the replacement fits the picture.

Can we furnish an entire site consistently?
Yes, that is the normal case. Our range is a series range, not one off pieces. Give us the model and the quantity and we confirm availability and lead time and quote for the full volume.

Does the design suit a listed or historic site?
For historic parks, spa gardens and old town centres we carry benches, lanterns and fountains in the art nouveau and baroque idiom. They match the character of late nineteenth century grounds. Whether a particular version complies with your local design rules is a matter for your conservation officer; we supply images and dimensions for that.

Can public bodies order on invoice?

Do we get information for the specification?
Yes. We compile dimensions, materials, finishes and weights per product so that a specification can be derived from them. Information on test certificates is given only where the manufacturer has provided it to us.

How large are the circular tree benches?
The circular versions run from roughly 220 to 340 cm outer diameter, depending on the model as a closed ring or as a segment bench in several parts. What decides the choice is the trunk girth expected in a few years, so allow room.

Which equipment suits a busy square?
Heavy versions in concrete with timber slats, or steel constructions with a closed base. Both resist being moved, through weight or construction, and are easy to clean. At locations with road salt or sea air, stainless steel is the most durable option.

How long does delivery take?

Do you install the furniture?
No. Delivery is made to the kerbside. Foundations, anchoring and assembly are handled by your works depot or a contractor you appoint. We provide dimensions and weights for the planning.

Do you also supply landscape architects and contractors?
